Last Wednesday I had the privilege of being part of Nicole Harrison 's weekly #NPTalk chat on Twitter.  Fellow attorney Karen Lundquist  of Avanti Law and I fielded questions from fellow Tweeters about the legal issues involved in social media marketing, everything from the use of photos online, failing to give proper credit in blog posts and even some heavier issues such as the CAN SPAM Act and its restrictions for email marketing.  All in all, it was a fascinating experience and I enjoyed taking part.
